He was the one who slayed the horseman, the representation of his guilt. It wasn't Ashi's love that made Jack come out of his depression, it was knowing that he had made the world a better place, and that his friends and allies are still out there holding the torch.if this were true, that would only make the show even worseit is truethat was the intended fucking meaning and youre too dense to grasp itand if it were true, this season would only suck even harder, because that's so fucking boringit's also not even true

Quote from: SecondClass on May 07, 2017, 05:49:07 AMbut how the fuck does misogyny come into playwomen can't be independentthey need men to complete themif you don't see that that's the message being spread here, then you're not very good at reading between the lines and have the mind of a 13-year-old fanfiction.net user whose favorite movie is the Notebook

why do you let your hangups affect your critical senseslmao dude i dont call rocky a bad movie because i dont like macho stuff - dont call SJ a bad show because you dont like an organic progression of love

it was not hackneyed, it was executed perfectly - if you didnt feel the chemistry between ashi and jack this season youve probably just never fallen in love and cant understand what it looks likebut what I want to know is how AshiXJack is misogynistic in ANY way
if anything jack needs ashi
Jack and Ashi have so much chemistry and you're a moron if you think the romantic element wasn't 100% necessary
can we just post memes please

I feel like the series would have been better without an episode entirely dedicated to their romance. It's already have pretty bad pacing so far and taking up 1/10 of the season's runtime for this wasn't a great idea.
