we finally get a situation where rick isnt the king of everything

even jerry wins over him cause his simpleness is like the antithesis of ricks smarts

tho seeing all his defenses was cool too

Id say 9/10 ep, pretty on par with last season's finale in terms of character progression

Finale was kind of meh. Just "oh wow rick and keith david don't like each other and they have a fight yay". As a series finale it sucked.

Honestly the show ended in a good way, it seems to be exploring a new side and I like it, not the same thing again dn again like some broken record like some other shows. At least it is trying to remain fresh and new and discuss new topics.

i think they should have ended on the Atlantis episode. that episode was the best this season.

The current titlebar/avatar setup is just normal.
Finale was probably the most boring.

Tales from the Citadel and the premiere were the best imo.

think about the harmon story circle and how much rick and his family were directly changed compared to the season premiere

The long wait between seasons made me realize that Rick & Morty just isn't great in the first place, but the fanbase and drop in overall quality (even though I wouldn't call any episode this season "bad") helps confirm that a bit.
