Mine has to be a medium rare, charcoal grilled New York Strip, just makes me drool thinking about it.

Strip loin dumped in montreal steak spice with some lemon juice thrown in there. I don't remember the orderlies of steak tiers but I think medium rare is fine. And HP sauce thrown on top.

It's probably the rarest thing I eat. You're looking at once every couple of years at the most.

Feet first into fun!
Between prime rib and striploin (New York Strip), I'd have to give it to the striploin. I find that the texture isn't as good as prime rib, but the taste makes up for it.
