The drill sergeant from Full Metal Jacket. He was also a voice actor for military-type characters in cartoons and some video games.

He was the voice of the green toy soldier sarge in the Toy Story movies if you'd recognize that.

Ermey also hosted a bunch of military shows on the History Channel and other channels too.
