Mostly respiratory issues. I'd imagine it's like trying to breathe with someone's hand pushed up against your face.

They aren't the only dogs born with imperfections as a result of selective breeding for their looks. King Charles spaniels have a small skull which in some cases can press on the brain, and cause worse problems.
