Not necessarily, I think it can be unhelpful but it's not really unhealthy. It depends to what extent of course, it can harm relationships with other people which in the long run can of course lead to problems. If we are talking along the lines of avoiding talking to people a lot, which is something I'm generally guilty of, then as long as you still talk to people now and then it doesn't cause too many issues. If it's more along the lines of insulting people, stealing things and more aggressive antisocial behaviours then yes, I would say that's unhealthy.

Well I think you should be fine as long as you still have the voice in your head that says not to do it ._.
I would advise against accelerating towards cliff edges though, that would be an unwise course of action.
