While he cries out “nigga”, he is doing three things:

Insulting himself, due to his low self-confidence. Suicide is on his mind.
Calling out his haters, as they are causing all of his issues.
Giving a shout out to his friends or “niggas”. They support him through this struggle.
What is the purpose of “bitch” though? The world may never know. One possible interpretation is that KamiOfBarrels is subliminally calling out to his lover. He could also be insulting a person too. Very deep indeed.
