What do you think, should we skip-promote members with extensive time on Bnet? It could add to activity if people who've given Offtopic a few years would enter this community and not start on the bottom...

I don't like the idea because I don't like the "respected members" (translation: prudes) from the old site who have been there since '06 or whatever. Giving them a special little prize would just boost their false, inflated ego.
