i actually dont on my laptop
but on this i have an ultrawide so i might as well make use of the real estate

its no different from having smaller icons theyre just easier to click now

Most convenient location. Windowed taskbars are up top, keep everything in one location.

Plus the edgeless bottom looks aesthetic af.

my problem was every time id go to close a tullscreen application or switch tabs on the browser i would click a taskbar icon or go back to desktop instead of closing

i keep them separate for the absolute corners

i can throw my mouse towards bottom left max and just click the start menu or top right and just close

I feel that, but the aesthetics. I used to rock it on the right side but Windows 10 makes it thick as hell.
