Anyone else find it quiet amazing how someone can be 99% different from you in interest,hobbies and still be friends?

I find it hard to maintain a consistent 'active' friendship with extreme extroverts when I'm a total introvert. They don't seem to understand why someone like me just doesn't want to socialize all the time and don't get how I can have fun just chilling at home on the weekends.

I don't really find it amazing, since there are a lot more things to connect to people and hobby&interests is just one of them.

I dont have friends like that. I recall it being a popular saying for relationships which i dont believe in.

My best friend and I don't agree on almost a single thing, and we've been friends since high school. Tho we also said that if you put us together you could make a function person

Most of my friends are all very much like me. Fucked up in the head with a super dark sense of humor. It's great when we all get together.
