Please help I don't know what to do (serious) haven't slept in 50 hours

I'm panicking hard now please help. I'm being serious

I'm over emotional and delusional from the sleep deprivation and CANT SLEEP no matter how hard I try. It's been nearly 48 hours and I feel tired but cannot sleep. My heart is beating very fast ans hard and when I think of how deprived I am it beats harder and faster. Very panicked.

I think I'm gonna go to a hospital or er but I don't know if I'm over reacting. I didn't take any drugs except for caffeine from a preworkout at around 4pm, it's now 4:21am

What should I do?

Your body will eventually take control and you will fall asleep, even if you don't realize you're sleeping.
I wouldn't go to a hospital as the charge is often quite absurdly high. I remember I went because I couldn't sleep and all they did was prescribe Ambien and a $900 emergency bill.

I would make a doctors appt. to try and find the root cause of the sleeping problem, and just be really insistent that you want to find the cause and that you don't want any pills because they are addictive and don't actually help your body get into restful sleep.

I take it every night atm to combat insomnia.

I concur. Try to avoid having to take prescripts if you can. They can really throw your body's naturally functioning systems out of whack with extended use.

Take some melatonin and Valerian root. Valerian root smells and tastes like ass but it'll help.
