No beach vacations for the heat option. Basically, would you rather live in winter without the warm fires or summer without the pools or beach.

Warm enough to live, you get some coats. But you won't be feeling sunlight anymore. Constantly dips below freezing.

Minimum 75 degrees fahrenheit. Lots of sun, can't cool yourself off with water or rain. Can get up to 100 degrees at times, humid.

Provided that I can stay hydrated, hot doesn't sound too bad. I don't need to worry about having extra clothing to survive and food would be easier to find.

This is a joke right? I'm cooped up inside a house for six months of the year and the temperature in this old building can barely manage only 5 degrees above 0.

I already live with no heat.
