Option 1:
You aren't in top physical condition and never will be but you will always be a healthy weight.

Option 2:
Instantly gain the body you want but you have to maintain it...it will go away in a year or two otherwise

Option 3:
Out of shape forever but others will somehow find you attractive. You can get any date, etc.

You can move around but you'll be really fat and won't be playing sports or running ever again.

Number 2 I guess, I don't want the perfect body, I'm happy with what I have, but getting that boost wouldn't be a bad thing.

What do we choose if we already maintain the body we want?

You'll get an even better body if you pick the perfect body one. Run farther, faster. More agility, whatever. Or pick the one that you can eat anything with no consequences (however you'd have average fitness)

#1; I am perfectly fine with the current state of my body.
I could stand to lose 5 pounds, but eating whatever I want and not getting fat would be wonderful.

I mean, I already eat whatever I want...
And I'm not fat...
But I still feel bad about it when I eat junk, y'know?

Yes. Also you'd stay a healthy weight so if you could lose 5 pounds you'd lose that.
