Your whole life view, the antinatalism thing. You seem to be one of these hyper-sympathetic type of people. When you see your friends and family suffering it probably really really bums you out. Like I said you should get medication, you see the cup as half empty all the time. It's never half full to you. You refuse to see it that way because you're so emotional you believe it's dumb or wrong of you to let your brain kind of take a breather from being so disgusted with everything.

Maybe I'm way off but that's how it seems to me.
what about a person like me who lives life in true beauty and is an antinatalist because of common sense

i notice even the slightest changes in my body, be it hormones, neurotransmitters, whatever, i can just feel what's happening. Whenever i take some drug or medicine or alcohol, i can sense the moment when it starts working (much earlier than anyone else).
