Blowing smoke through your nose dries it out really badly. Can require corrective surgery if done too often, and not blowing smoke through your nose sounds a lot cheaper than surgery to fix your nose.

Still damages your lungs no avoiding that, unless you eat it. And in that case you get all the pros and none of the cons (that I know of)

Weed is a bit like black tea in the sense that theres a downside. Black tea is really good for you although the high fluoride content can cause skeletal fluorosis. With weed (as implied above) can have many heath benefits if your willing to take the "risk" when you smoke it.
