Waiting on the $45 I have in there from ebay sales to fucking transfer for ORAS is agonizing. it says the money has been transferred, and the transaction is completed, but the money is no where to be found -.-

Did you check your bank account to see if it went in there?

It happens whenever you request a transfer from paypal. the money is "in transit" but the transaction will be called complete. I've been checking my bank account periodically every day since the beginning of the transfer.

Don't kill me. But, I don't quite think this fits in Gaming? Unless I've just lived under a rock and PAYPAL is a gaming centered thing. Which I don't think it is.
