Sometimes when I'm bored, I'll look up pictures and information of ancient and classical architecture like the Pyramids of Giza and the Parthenon. Ever since I was a kid I loved learning about these things. In school we really didn't cover this but I would always flip through books and read information about that stuff cause I was always interested in it. Other kids thought this stuff was boring except for me.

I stumbled across this. Its called "Sagrada Familia" and its a massive church in Barcelona, Spain and its been under construction since the late 1880s and is not expected to be done until 2026 or 2027. I think its crazy that they've been building this church for such a long time and they're not even done yet, even with all the technology we have now. I do however like the design of it and would like to visit it someday. That would be really awesome.

What's your favorite ancient/classical architecture? Some other favorites of mine include the Parthenon, Temple of Artemis, and the Colosseum of Rome.

I've actually been there. Not inside though because the queue was just having a giggle. Its tall and grand.

Just imagine it finally gets completed and some disaster brings it down.

Well it's already stood fine for about 125 years. I think it will do fine.
