Yeah, I'm pretty sure. David Lynch takes a lot more time to produce shows and movies than any other creator, though. He's been known to remake entire episodes from scratch if they don't turn out how he likes. That's why his stuff is always top notch.

It's so good. There's a stretch in the middle of season 2 where the quality kinda dwindles for a few episodes, but just power through them. The last four episodes are the show's best. And the very last episode is a masterpiece.
