None of my friends can talk about anything other than video games

At least all my friends from high school. And then going into CS in college doesn't change a whole lot. The worst is when these guys try to talk to girls about vidya out of the blue and it makes me cry.

The only time I talk about video games is with my specific gamer friends. But I talk about the politics and business aspect of the industry, like pretty much everything else.

I don't mind talking about vidya occasionally. But when it's all someone talks about it's pretty annoying. I suppose I should have specified that in the OP.

The only person I usually talk to about games is my brother.

Sometimes I get into conversations with friends about games. A few of them are girls.

Most of my friends aren't gamers so I don't talk to them about something they don't care about.
