Need to sleep

Gotta be up in five and a half hours to get ready for work. Literally the only morning shift I've ever gotten in the past five months. This is impossible since I've been going to bed around 2am every night since then. I've got no sleep meds, any advice?

Otherwise read a book or listen to a podcast.

Not really ASMR, I used to fall asleep listening to my parents watching TV when I was little, it helps out a lot but I live alone right now so I can't really rely on that.

What I used to do with my old computer was log into FFXIV and idle in a town to replicate the feeling of activity in the house listening to other players crafting but my current computer has an unregistered copy of Windows 8.1 so every couple of hours I get a message asking me register and it makes the whole screen blue....
