I over react/jump the gun on some issues mainly due to panic.

I'm overly emotional and sensitive. I'm thin skinned. I can process everything I say in my head correctly and it makes sense until I type it out or speak it to a point where it doesn't make any sense or it just causes people to laugh at me.
