I suffer from a similar problem, I would recommend sound proofing your walls,
or filing a sound pollution complaint, or talking to them directly.

Or you could always buy a few subwoofers and play EDM for hours on end 

You know what the best way is to make people realize that you can hear them from an obnoxiously far away distance?

Make louder fucking noise. Set up a lawn chair outside on your lawn, and as soon as your neighbor starts going through the daily clockwork routine of being noisy, you grab yourself your boombox, or just open your car door or whatever, and play whatever the fuck you want at max volume.

Bonus points if you slap on a big hat of any kind, put some sunglasses on, wear a beat up greasy shirt and come out in your boxer shorts, and stick some earplugs in your ears and just lay back on your comfy lawn chair.

Do that until the offensive neighbor unit engages you in verbal combat, where you pull out your hidden trump card and fuck her right in the pussy.

Just pretend to be Interpol again.
