How are your brushing habits?

You know what's really fucking gross?

Sometimes I just eat it.

That will make your cholesterol worse, actually.

I like to think that I will slowly build a natural immunity to it and eventually evolve into a super human who can't develop heart conditions due to high cholesterol levels.

Pennsylvania education at work here, people.

Every morning and every night like everyone should.

Because of my braces, I end up doing it after eating because I'm awkward.

My routine is complete shit. I'll brush once or twice every few days.

Also, brushing your teeth after eating can actually damage your teeth.

Used to be a bit more rigorous when I first got braces, but I eventually forgot to at night, and now I don't bother. Better than I was before though, that's for damn sure.
