I can understand tattoos on visible things that you see every day. I mean, arms or hands. Because some tattoos can be stunning to look at. I see my hands and arms every day, so getting ink there would be something I could enjoy. Could see it every day.

But, I suppose it's true though.

Some people are certainly eye catchers.
