Going to need some surgeries pretty soon. Just when I was finally getting somewhere with my bodybuilding after all my years of hard work. It will all be gone. Most guys don't get back to where they were before until years later, and even then it's never the same. Feel hopeless as fuck

Stay in decent shape and keep your diet good. That'll minimize what you lose, and diet plays a huge part in the game.
