All the Metal Gear shit was contained in that one big thread for awhile, and seven or eight people alone made it the biggest thread on the website. Same kind of thing is happening with the Halo 5 and Fallout 4 threads.

With these bigger threads, it's not like the rest of the forum died--redundant shit was just contained in one thread. I think the same could be said of groups, but I'm just postulating.
