Well, as I said before. It was most likely a joke due to the fact anyone with half a brain would understand that both paracetamol and Ibuprofen do not kill you.
They can fuck up your liver, but they won't kill you.

I don't know about paracetamol, but ibuprofen can definitely kill you. Regardless of whether or not his suicide was successful is one thing, but I seriously doubt he was joking. MM isn't the type to joke about stuff like that.
