Liver, heart, or kidney?

So when I was at the international foods market, I saw that they had lamb liver, lamb heart, and lamb kidney for sale. And since I like all 3 of those, I wanted to buy some for myself sometime, but they're too expensive, so I can only buy one. Which one do I buy?

I've had chicken liver and heart. No kidney.
I'd probably go heart, just cuz its furthest away from digestive..stuff.

You can do lots of things with lard and high fructose corn syrup. It's incredible.

It is. But you can't have too much of it at once, or else your body will be overloaded with Vitamin A and you'll die. It's happened fairly often where people have eaten dog liver, and died from being flooded with too much Vitamin A.
