It'll be even cheaper if you just lock up all the criminals sentenced for the death penalty in a little box where they have no hopes of getting out until they kill each other, die of starvation, or something else. Only thing you have to pay for is light, security, and weekly food/water.

It'd be profitable if you televised it.
