Oh come on, that's a bit of an over exaggeration. There's only a limited number of people that shitposted regularly on b.net and most of them are here already.
Most people on b.net try to avoid being banned. That could easily change if they know they can't be.
(example: Blackbox's mass PMs that he sends to hundreds of users solely because he knows he can't be banned for PMs)
