I believe that if you go to your profile on b.net, you can find something that when clicked, will show you users that you've muted. Then you can click their name and unmute them.

Sep7agon, compared to Bungie is a far better site than Bungie will ever be. Even if it has its own bullshit and mod bias. Bungie mod bias is much worse.
