Just put down a deposit on a rental property

It's official, guys! I'm moving to Charleston in the next week or so. I sign the lease on Monday, and I'm going to start moving in some of the heavier objects (my organ, dresser, etc.) on that day as well. I start work down there on the 2nd and I've already applied to CofC. Things are looking up, yo.
