my buddies and I got super baked one night and went to this local pizzeria called Umbertos...I managed to destroy a large Sicilian grandma-style pizza in one sitting

p sure my cholesterol is permanently spiked after that night

Candidiasis. Yeast overgrowth in your gut from eating too many processed 'bready' foods. Drinking too much beer can give you a bad case of it as well. Make sure you maintain a strong immune system if you're gonna eat like that nig.
