I used to never do that, lately I've been kind of anal about my dental hygiene though. I missed one appointment at the dentist a few months back and now I absolutely can not get in contact with them to schedule an appointment, so I'm just brushing my teeth hoping everything will be alright.

Not as much as I need to tbh, but I floss and use mouthwash regularly. My bottom row are so crowded together I gotta see a dentist for a cleaning every six months.

If you average it in a month it could be about 1.7 times a day.

A major issue is I'm too lazy to buy dental floss, and I really need it. Just brushing your teeth is for plebs, and using mouth wash is for pretentious schmucks.

Also I brush my teeth twice a day, and I floss maybe twice a week. I use hydrogen peroxide and mouth wash because I have a broken tooth that I'm too poor to fix.
