Best season yet.
Didn't like the underwater episode, but other than that it was a wild, emotional ride.
The last episode was practically a masterwork, but the themes explored over the rest of the season were immaculately communicated in what is frankly one of the most meaningful projects I have seen in a long time.
Sensitive Content
Sarah Lynn's death was heart wrenching, and I honestly thought the final episode couldn't go any deeper into the fragile psyche and destructive nature of a washed up millionaire celebrity than that moment, but when its alluded to that he has a daughter he doesn't know about, and Todd forgoes his fortune, all while Mr Peanutbutter is approached about running for governor, I feel like we're being primed for a season that will get further down into the root of Bojack's poisonous personality, maybe even deep enough for him to finally find closure.
That being said I cannot see the show getting a fifth season, I really believe Season 4 would be a good place to end it, but they may surprise and even further impress us.
I cannot recommend this series more highly. The contrast between the serious emotional themes explored in it and the cynical, sarcastic nature of the comedy is a perfect mix.
