So I bought a bottle and then met up with her in her dorm parking lot.

She was cute. Shy. I'm a very easy person to talk to so she opened up quick. Gave me a tour of her school etc. then we sat down on this grassy amphitheater. The entire time I felt really down smh. The ex was in the back of my mind.

Eventually I straight up told her like a huge phaggot I say: "Look, to be completely honest with you, I know we came her to mess around but I just got out of a huge relationship. And the more I sit here the more I realize there's no way I can do it yet. I don't wanna waste your time, so if that's weird we can just split off now. Or we can keep talking and I get to know you."

She was visibly upset but also got cool with it. She finished showing me around and we joked around a lot it was really nice. HUGE pressure was taken off when I laid that out on the table tbh.
