Also what's your opinion of Creatine?
Not as knowledgeable as OP but it's generally considered one of the most worthwhile supplements. I just started using it earlier this year and I've been seeing some significant strength gains.

I was doing it for a little bit but i didnt drink enough water for it. also that stuff is REALLY bad for your kidneys. i stopped bc my family has a history with PKD
That's probably smart. I wouldn't say it's an essential supplement. Just speeds up progress.

I think I sprained my wrist yesterday using straps fml, gonna need to be careful today on legs.

Last night I had 4 bowls of captain crunch smh my hunger was through the roof. Also have been having some really really fucking intense dreams. Dreamt about my ex a lot last night but not in any emotionally significant way

Leg day today went pretty good. Was off to a slow start. I only ate a granola bar and a protein shake about an hour before hitting the gym so low food was rough

Did lots of calves too. My calves are genetically so good they're going to be fucking huge I might even need to tone them down. They're already bigger after 1 week.

I work at chipotle lol, so I get free food

Breakfast: egg whites x eggs x bagel or pats x Greek yogurt

Protein shake x fruit

Post workout shake x fruit

Before work I get double chicken bowl

After work I get double steak or something etc

Other foods. The chipotle servings of meat are 4oz with chicken breast being 160 calories and the steak being like 220 per serving
