have you ever tried growing your hair long?
Still doing 2700 on rest day?I've got a powerlifting meet on June 24th then I need to do some serious cutting. TDEE 2500, planning to eat for maintenance on lifting days, and 1500 rest/cardio days but still hitting 1g protein/lb. 2 low/slow days (45-60min, 155 RPM), 1 HIIT day.
Why do you drink sips instead of something healthier and more natural? Also what's your opinion of Creatine?

So even though I know better, I associate creative with face bloat smh Yeah creatine from what I understand helps you retain more water weight in your muscles, so if you're eating crap it makes sense that you'd bloat up. I think 14oz chicken with 2 cups pasta and 3 tablespoons of olive oil will fit that perfectly
