My family used to have financial difficulties at the time. I rarely met my father, as he worked a crazy schedule from 4 AM to 11 PM, and I would only see him for lunch and dinner, afterwards he went to sleep or watched TV for a little time. At the time, he attempted to make up for his absence with small gifts. (Like VHS cartoons, or anime which my mother suggested, sometimes puzzles too)At school, what I remember mostly is being bullied throughout the elementary. I was branded as unintelligent, my peers were always onto me, the teachers rarely cared, or even worse, they accused me of anything at some point. Other girls outed me for not agreeing with them or playing the same games as them, and the boys were much better to spend time with, but they tended to be annoying more often. My parents almost gave up on me at the time.Silly stuff to remember. I won't say any further.
God...where do you live? New Jersey?
A place that used to be small at the time, in Greece. There are other nasty things that occurred at the time, but since then things improved, nowadays I am just riddled with memories of things that used to be.Quote from: Wonder Korra on October 05, 2014, 04:43:51 PMGod...where do you live? Oh Greece...well, Athens is very pretty.

On the outside, for some people, maybe. On the inside is as rotten as it can get.Quote from: Wonder Korra on October 05, 2014, 04:47:39 PMOh Greece...well, Athens is very pretty.

Makedonia (the modern Greek region) at its hight as an Empire used to go as far as Macedonia, Albania and Bulgaria centuries ago. You can read up on that on Wikipedia. The issue is the naming dispute that was started for some reason, or another as certain Greeks feel that "FYROM" doesn't reserve a right to call itself Macedonia.Quote from: Wonder Korra on October 05, 2014, 04:51:32 PMQuestion, since you've lived in Greece...is Macedonia Greek or...not?
Yeah that's what I thought. Thank you based History class! So do you still live in Greece?
Actually, the history class here is biased, if not even more than yours when it comes to putting things under the carpet and add fake nationalistic heroism that would probably be compared to Mussolini. I'll refrain from going there any further, though. Yes, I do still live in Greece.Quote from: Wonder Korra on October 05, 2014, 04:54:47 PMYeah that's what I thought. Thank you based History class! The history class I'm taking talks about all that Ancient Greece stuff and I found it really cool and stuff. Basically, move to Germany.
