how do you get another IP address, make java work on proxy, or bypass a ban?

I got banned on tinychat because these idiot mods are fucking assholes. So I try going into the chat on tor, it doesn't fucking work. I try going into a browser proxy, it doesn't fucking work. I want to just keep popping back into this chat room after they banned me, it would be so funny. then they wouldn't know what to do and I could just be in the chat room and stuff and it would be fun. So if anyone could help me with that it would be really appreciated.
