Why the fuck it's always the small shit, that stings like a mother fucking bitch? Bug bites, small cuts, crap like that. I mean, okay, give me painful stuff that hurts.

Every time I have a really bad toe stubbing I always wish it had just been fatal to spare me the agony.

My guess (at least the best in this thread) is that smaller wounds need more attention, since they're so small.

But I'm pretty sure a cut of any kind will hurt to the same degree as a smaller cut of the same kind. When it comes to stuff like going into a wall vs stubbing your toe,  it's all about how your momentum transfers to a point in your body. If a small area stopped a lot of force, then that area will hurt more, than if the same momentum was stopped with your whole body.

Reminds me of when I stubbed my toe so bad it started bleeding a lot. I didn't realize it at the time so I wound up googling how to clean blood out of a carpet.
