I have an issue like that at night. I always think I see a wendigo like thing run from the corner or my eye, or I feel like something is there.
anxiety can be tricky, especially when it starts to seem like your thoughts are too overpowering. I've found that whenever I feel like an attack is impending, I immediately force my mind to have positive thoughts and relax. Doing this while listening to relaxing music can be a godsend
