Depicting oppression doesn't necessarily equal promoting oppression. Are movies and books depicting slavery automatically racist to black people?

Are movies and books depicting slavery automatically racist to black people? It has to do with how its depicted and how maturely the medium handles it. No one would watch Requiem for a Dream and say it's pro-drug abuse. You might find a couple idiots who think the Wolf of Wall Street promotes drug abuse, because it handles it a little more ambiguously. Then there's movies like Project X, where the movie is basically a commercial for hedonism--it's hard to watch that movie and say it's trying to spread some kind of deeper "hey kids, this is actually bad" message.
I realize that. I'm saying depicting it doesn't automatically mean promoting it, though it's not impossible either of course.
There's basically softcore rape porn, so yeah, it's pretty fucking bad. It's also bad in general. Fuck GRRM and fuck this franchise.Sunset found her squatting in the grass, groaning. Every stool was looser than the one before, and smelled fouler. By the time the moon came up she was shitting brown water. The more she drank, the more she shat, but the more she shat, the thirstier she grew, and her thirst sent her crawling to the stream to suck up more water. If you enjoy this, fuck you.
It has hookers and rape scenes. If they're a protagonist, they're thin and attractive. But we also see several homosexual relationships, man on man rape, castration galore, incest, even midgets. Do I think it's misogynistic? No. do females get BTFO on a regular basis? Yes. But we also saw a dude get his cock chopped off. So there's that.
if your dick gets hard, you're going to hell
I don't know how people enjoy so much violence on TV and movies.Rape and castration? Really? Does that really enhance the plot to the point where you can't do without a rape scene? I doubt it, and it just seems like it's trying to be edgy. That's why I won't watch a single episode.
Verbatim itt:
The Witcher 3 is also misogynistic for noting women get raped in war times and weren't on equal footing in Medieval times.oh and titsif your dick gets hard, you're going to hell
