I had to do a thesis for my degree, and without getting into the details, I thought I didn't have to do it all until I found out otherwise a week before the end of the semester and I ended up writing an entire 40 page thesis project the night before it was due, then I wrote the hour-long presentation for it the morning I was presenting it.

Thesis got accepted, I got an A, and I graduated.

Actually. Rather opposite. If I see I'm slacking off I break out the self insults and claims of wasted time that I could be using to accomplish more.

I operate in shades of black and white when it comes to work ethic.

Most days, I go. I go until it's time to stop.

And some days. I hang my hat up and say that today is a day of doing nothing.

That's my entire process too, really. Unless I feel the pressure, it's unlikely I'll be motivated to do something or turn something in (and I also applied this in school and had good results).

Not sure if it's a bad thing, though. It gets the job done just as well as working on something through the allotted time.

Did my entire final college year project in about seven days and it turned out well. It really depends, if I suddenly have a great idea I will work until I exhausted it. If my mind is blank I won't just sit there and wait for inspiration to come.

I do the opposite.

I work as soon as I can on something as then I can procrastinate as much as I want on it and still have time to get it done A few days early.

It depends on the subject, if it's something I enjoy then I will take my time to learn and go over everything a couple times however if it's some annoying shit I'm going to forget after I don't need it anymore I do the same as you.

In high school I wasted most of my last year for my IT work and completed it within 4 days. I got passes on every section.
Same thing with most of my paperwork for my Engineering course in my first year of College, although for that I actually went into College for extra days to get it done.

I should probably stop.

No I don't, if I left everything until the last minute; I'd just end up getting depressed and stressed again.
I like dealing with things the moment I need to.
To clarify, I'm juggling an engineering degree and work, as well as finding time for appointments with the laser hair removal people and my doctor who checks my hormone levels every month.

Always. Though I like to think I'm more disciplined or punctual than to leave it to the last hour, it's always the night before or a little earlier. So far it hasn't back fired.
