Warlord Chronicles are his best. Even he says they're his favourites. The rest is nice, fun, inoffensive reading. Nothing spectacular, but not offensive, and I do have a soft spot for Historical Fiction. You should check out the Sharpe TV series; Sharpe is played by Sean Bean. It's one of those rare things where Sean Bean doesn't die. Because he's Sharpe.

I could care less about who the contents offend, lol Ohright, I think I prefer the Saxon ones because there are more of them and I've spent longer with Uhtred than Daerfel. If the Warlord trilogy was longer I'd probably prefer it. Derfel is way more honorable.
