If he doesn't have bones and is just meaty flesh he wouldn't be hindered by a joints range of motion. Plus, z-fighters or villains mention having bones, doesn't mean they don't necessarily.

It just made me curious. Is there a fan thing out there where people think that cell should have been clothed in frieza's bones or was it just a bit of imagination on your part?

Krillian wished for the androids to be made fully human again and Shenron couldn't do it.
