Also it bolds the names of people on the index.
Could also make it so that at the top of forums and threads you could see who's viewing the topic and their names would be bold there too, but it looks like Cheat decided to leave that off.

Yeah I noticed that the usernames on my buddy list were in bold at the bottom of my screen. That's about the only thing I've seen this thing do.
