And I was thinking that with the atmosphere set out by the last few chapters, this would seem a fitting end on the last page;

Does it sound fitting? (For those who don't know, the end will involve a final battle against the last of the species that created the universe, and will either end with humans surviving as slaves/ pawns or humans and aliens winning at the cost of nearly every habitable planet in the galaxy as well as severe losses numbering the trillions)
So basically a win that isn't a win.
