I believe crime has dropped a bit, and it has created a lot of revenue for the state's government as you said. I believe they planned on using that money for education.

Yes, I think I would.Weed is prevalent around where I live atm but seeing as the "shop owner" is some shifty looking chav looking for a quick sell and I have no idea what sort of quality of weed I'd be buying (if it was even weed), then currently I have no desire to be near it.If it were sold like alcohol and held to the same sort of health & safety/quality testing then I'd be far more inclined to try it, although seeing as I don't like smoking as it is I certainly wouldn't make a habit out of it.

At the very least I'm kicked out of University, at worst I'm virtually blacklisted, so I'm not even considering it.
