So, I have to get some questions answered and commented on by tomorrow, and I haven't really had any time to get anyone IRL to answer them, so do me a favour and just give an answer to each of the questions, I could fabricate the answers, but I trust you guys to assist me on this, and I value your opinions, so:

Should non-essential (cosmetics, products, food, etc...) animal testing be allowed?

Is it acceptable to allow animals to die to extend a human's life?

Are animal rights as important as human rights?

If we can't learn to take care of things we consider beneath us, and treat them right, then how are we going to learn how treat each other right if we can't even manage the small stuff?

Thank you, that's exactly what I needed, and I agree that animals should be benchmarks for how we treat things, although I personally support testing on animals and humans, so I suppose that would sit badly with many that hold that opinion

1: yes.. as long as the tests aren't life threatening and are used to yield a safer/better product

2: yes, isn't that what eating is all about??

3: no. Due to the fact that animals are fucking retarded they can't nor do they need to comprehend the concept of rights. The only right they have is the right to be delicious.

in conclusion animals are stupid and humans aren't. The only right they posses is the right to live how nature intended and if nature intended for humans to master their world and use animals to assist them in their endeavors so be it.

No because animal testing can cause many problems with food, especially with chickens being injected with hormones.

No because there are other means to extend a human's life, such as a kiddy or heart transplant if possible. Stem cells are another factor that can extend life for a person.

#1 - Fuck no. If you can't put that as a response then try 'No, it should never be allowed.'

#2 - No. This I take it falls under the medical experimentation on animals query, which is wrong anyway. It's unreliable modelling to assume that one drug that works on a chimp will work on a human, but to simply use them as disposable tools to find out if anything has horrific instant side effects is despicable. Find another way, but torturing animals for the 'benefit' of humanity is just downright deplorable.

#3 - On a personal level, Yes. But for an actual thought out response, I'm just going to steal Meta's <.<
